Recent photos from INFINITE‘s photoshoot with Elle Girlmagazine’s September issue have been revealed.
In the group photo, the boys group members are sporting windbreaker jackets and tennis shoes, showcasing a casual and sporty look. It was said that the group, who is known for their teamwork, brightened up the studio joking around and chattering amongst themselves.
During the follow up interview, when asked about his particularly excessive display of affection for his fans, member Woohyun confidently stated, “I’m confident that I can be this affectionate and cutesy for INSPIRITs for the rest of my life.”
Furthermore, when the members were asked what kind of gestures they would like to show on stage, Hoya replied “Sexy gestures”, Sungyeol responded, “A heartfelt hand kiss“, while L stated, “I want to make eye contact with each fan.”

INFINITE has prepared a special surprise for fans!
For the group’s ‘That Summer‘ concert coming up on the 8th, the group’s rappers Hoya and Dongwoo will reveal a new song under the subunit ‘INFINITE H‘. The subunit has already received much love from fans for their performances of “Crying” and “You Look Good” during INFINITE’s concert this past March.
A Woolim Entertainment representative stated, “Although plans of official activities for INFINITE H are not set in stone, they abruptly began preparing for a special performance to show their thanks to fans who have showed [their unit] love. During the concert, they plan to perform the new song created by the talented producers Primary and Zion.T.”
The upcoming ‘That Summer’ concert will seat 10,000 audience members total and include five concert dates. The event will not take place in large venues, but rather in smaller areas where the members can interact easily with fans. Through this novel concert concept, INFINITE will showcase their signature ‘precise choreography’ as well as newly arranged ‘unplugged’ versions of their songs.
Because their concert tickets completely sold out a minute after ticket sales began, the boy group has recently earned the nickname ‘Wan-Pan Dols’ (completely-sold-out-dols), and plan to solidify their spots as performance-focused artists through this concert.

The members are currently dealing with a busy schedule due to their upcoming 5-day concert starting on August 8th. When asked whether they were tired from concert preparations and their otherwise hectic schedule, the INFINITE members stated that they received a lot of strength from fans. Tickets for the concert sold out in 15 minutes.
During the interview, Hoya commented on leader Sunggyu, who’s been receiving attention for his powerful vocals and variety skills, “He is an amazing leader with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership. Even if his pronunciation may be off sometimes.” Sungjong added, “He used to be scary when we were trainees, but not anymore. As leader, he tries to brighten up the mood at times by making jokes, but sometimes his jokes get out of hand and affect tempers.” Woohyun discussed the members’ attitude about dating: “It’s difficult for all of us because we’re not the types to go up and talk to someone first. Although we may be at the age [to want to be in relationships], we’re just too busy. We’re enduring with the love from our fans.”
The INFINITE members also unanimously agreed that they each have the same dream, “We hope to always stay as seven and grow as musicians [together].”

On May 5th (KST), INFINITE‘s official website unveiled possible plans for the release of the single “Only Tears” ahead of their third mini album ‘INFINITIZE‘.
The official website displayed a picture of an eye along with the
worlds “Only Tears” and a date of May 8th, 2012. Presumably, they will
be releasing the song as a single. The song is a group song but member Sunggyu sang it as a solo song at their ‘Second Invasion Evolution‘ concert last month. You can check fancam footage of Sunggyu singing the song below.

The members of INFINITE helped make L‘s 21st birthday a little more meaningful.
INFINITE’s ‘visual’ L is currently stirring the hearts of female viewers, playing the role of the ‘chic prince’ Lee Hyun Soo in tvN‘s drama series, ‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band‘.
The singer turned actor recently celebrated his 21st birthday on March 13th, and both the members of INFINITE and the members of his drama’s band ‘Eye Candy‘ helped make the day a little more special.
Due to his busy schedule, L spent his birthday like just another day with his ‘Eye Candy’ band members Sungjoon, Yoo Minkyu, and Kim Minsuk. L could not hide his ecstatic expression when his INFINITE members (Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woo Hyun, Hoya, Sungyeol, and Sungjong) showed up on set with a cake.
The INFINITE members asked their manager as well as the ‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band’ staff members to keep quiet about their surprise event, and the visit from the INFINITE members reportedly made the staff members happy as well. ‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band’ is centered around a high school band known as “Eye Candy”, whose members are comprised of good looking delinquents who face varying personal problems. The drama depicts their friendships, love, and youthful passion — all tied together by the unifying force, music.

In hopes of beating Apple‘s iPod as the king of all portable media players, Samsung has enlisted the aid of popular idol group INFINITE to become their new models for their Galaxy Player.
The company has released an official photo of the boys, who look suave, chic, and sexy in their black suits. Samsung hopes that when fans think of INFINITE, they will also remember the sleek and sophisticated media player they endorse.
Samsung will be targeting mostly teenagers with this collaboration, and they’ve revealed that they will release their CF with INFINITE in the middle of March.
The ‘Galaxy Player’ will undoubtedly become one of the hottest toys on the market, thanks to its Wi-Fi access to the Internet and access to apps without monthly fees.

The Top 5 idol that fans want to spend Valentine’s Day with was featured on the Valentine’s Day special of Mnet Wide. Block B‘s Zico and Jaehyo hosted the show and it was revealed that fans would most want to spend their Valentine’s Day with INFINITE‘s Woohyun. Idol group INFINITE will be leaving ‘Birth of a Family’.
On an upcoming episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Birth of a Family’, INFINITE will spend their final days with the Jindo puppy siblings Tofu, Nooroong, and Coco after spending three months together with the puppies.
The three puppies are now six months old so a new family must be found for them before they get too attached to the boys of INFINITE.
During the filming as the final hour drew closer, the members looked backed on the memories that they shared with their puppies over the past three months. These memories ranged from when they first brought the dogs home to the photo shoot that they did together. The boys prepared for their puppies’ departure by making them new tags with their new family’s phone numbers on them and gave them their final baths which eventually led them to tears.
The final episode filled with tears and laughter of INFINTE and their three dogs will be aired on February 11th at 5:10PM KST.

As a gift for Inspirits, the boys of INFINITE will reveal behind-the-scenes footage from their very first Japanese performance stage!
There was a lot that went into the event and it drew a lot of attention. The event footage titled ‘INFINITE JAPAN STORY’, will be a special gift from INFINITE to their fans just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Earlier today, a small preview of this upcoming footage was revealed on INFINITE’s new YouTube channel, infiniteonair. Looking at the preview, it seems Dongwoo‘s emotional birthday celebration will be included.

INFINITE Valentine Day Making Present
INFINITE will be holding their first solo concert titled ‘Second Invasion‘ on February 11th and 12th at the Seoul Olympic Stadium. To help hype up their upcoming event, their second teaser was revealed earlier today through YouTube.
Regarding their first concert, the INFINITE members expressed, “We will start off the year 2012 positively with our first concert. We will think of it as a gift of gratitude to our fans and will do our best to make the concert great.”

INFINITE‘s increasing popularity has been confirmed through the quick sales of their Japanese concert tickets!
Recently, the tickets to their Japanese concert (‘Second Invasion Japan Tokyo’) went up for pre-sale for INFINITE’s Japanese fan club members.
Although these pre-sale tickets were only open to those in their official fan club, the concert was sold out completely without any additional public sales in just 10 minutes. With the tickets selling out so quickly, an additional concert date was requested by the many fans who weren’t able to grab one for themselves.
Having made their official Japanese debut in November, 2011 with ‘BTD (Before the Dawn)‘, the group announced its plans to hold two consecutive concerts at the Tokyo International Forum Hall with a total of 10,000 seats ( with 5,000 seats per concert). Although some had voiced their uncertainties about whether the group would be able to fill up the concert hall so early on into debut, they were silenced when the tickets were sold out in such a short amount of time.
INFINITE’s ‘Second Invasion Japan Tokyo’ concerts are scheduled to be held on Febrary 25th and 26th.

INFINITE’s Lhas been causing quite the stir with his recent statement, “I don’t think I’m a flower boy.”
On January 25th, L attended the press conference for his new tvN drama, ‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band‘, at the CGV Cheongdam Cine City. During the conference, reporters asked L for his thoughts on his looks.
L laughed as he replied, “All of my fellow cast members are so handsome and beautiful that I don’t consider myself to be a flower boy.”
The answer raised some eyebrows, as L is known to be the ‘visual member’ of INFINITE. That reputation will live on through tvN’s ‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band’, where L plays an extremely talented guitarist in the fictional pretty-boy band, ‘Eye Candy’.
L shyly confessed, “To be honest, shooting the scene was my first time playing an electric guitar.” He continued, “I will practice hard to show a more professional side for the drama” and “I will deliver a guitarist with a strong sense of character.”
This will be L’s first time acting in his home country (he previously made his acting debut in a Japanese production), and therefore, L expressed that he’s really anxious about the results.
L said, “The INFINITE members were all very concerned for me and asked me, ‘Do you think you can do it?’”
He continued, “The hyungs that I am working with in the drama have been a big help to me. I want to show a cool side of myself by working hard on my acting.”
L also revealed his thoughts about working with ‘Superstar K3’ contestant Kim Ye Rim. “First of all, I have never met Kim Ye Rim before. I am really curious though.” L continued with a laugh, “I’m looking forward to meeting her. I wonder what her personality is like, what she would say, and how she is going to approach me.”
In the drama, L will be involved in a love triangle with Yoo Min Kyu and Kim Ye Rim’s characters.
‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band’ will be about a high school rock band called Eye Candy, who are comprised of flower boys with rough personalities. It is a passionate drama about youths’ experience with love, friendship and music; it will air its first episode on January 30th.

INFINITE member L shed some emotional tears after reading a letter from his mother.
During a recording for an episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Birth Of A Family‘, L who saw his mother for the first time in a long while left everyone on the filming set in tears.
L’s mother had come to the INFINITE dormitory along with Dongwoo‘s mother to cook traditional ‘rice cake soup’ for the boys in celebration of New Year’s.
But the way Dongwoo and L reacted when their mothers walked in the door was completely different.
Dongwoo who is the ‘maknae of his family showed his mom some ‘aegyo‘ by giving her kisses on the cheek as soon as he laid eyes on her, while L who is the eldest in the family remained quiet and reserved.
L who normally does not express his inner emotions maintained his distance, so much to the point that the mother who was expecting a warm welcome looked very obviously hurt and disappointed.
But once he read the letter that his mom wrote for him, L suddenly burst into hot tears and his mother and his members who were watching also began tearing, as well as each of the staff members on set.
This episode of ‘Birth Of A Family’ airs on January 14th at 5:05PM KST.

Back in December, we reported that INFINITE‘s L would be starring in a new tvN mini-series called ‘Shut up Flower Boy Band‘. tvN has already released a first trailer, and now they’ve followed up with a longer video.
The trailer begins with the thought, “John Lennon once said, ‘The Beatles are more famous than Jesus.’ We’re neither special nor famous — we just do want we want to do.”
The video then kicks into high gear with scenes of loud rock performances at indie houses, hoodlum shenanigans, and other vignettes into a young boy’s carefree lifestyle.
